Flor164 offers the following services:
Brand Strategy: Comprehensive brand development, including market analysis, positioning, and messaging.
SEO: On-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, link building, local SEO, and SEO audits.
Web Design: Custom website design, responsive design, UX/UI design, and website redesigns.
Web Development: Full-stack development, e-commerce solutions, CMS development, and website maintenance.
Lead Generation with Paid Ads and Targeted Landing Pages: PPC campaigns, social media ads, Google Ads, and custom landing page design.
Email Marketing: Email campaign strategy, design, automation, and analytics.
Content Marketing: Content strategy, blog writing, video content, and social media content.
Google Ads: Campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting.
Social Media Ads: Ad creation, targeting, management, and performance tracking.
Marketing Strategy: Comprehensive marketing plans, campaign development, and performance analysis.
SEO Packages: Innovate SEO: $800/mo for new businesses. Includes custom SEO strategy, local search optimization, Google Business Profile optimization, review management, and local directory citations.
Disrupt SEO: $1,900+/mo for growing businesses. Includes everything in Innovate SEO plus online booking integration, bi-weekly SEO blogs, backlink campaigns, and local digital PR.
Dominate SEO: $4,900+/mo for established brands. Includes everything in Disrupt SEO plus advanced backlink campaigns, site speed optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
Monthly Retainer: Based on project cost and term (3-12 months).
Optional Services: Custom services and packages based on client needs.
Clients must:
- Provide all necessary materials and information in a timely manner.
- Ensure the accuracy of provided information.
- Cooperate with Flor164 to achieve project milestones.
- Upload images for gallery management as specified in the Content Writing and Gallery Management Agreement.
- Communicate promptly via email for project updates and feedback.
Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, ACH, check, Zelle, Apple Pay.
Payment Schedule: Payments are due as outlined in the project agreement.
Late Fees: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be charged on overdue amounts.
Disputed Charges: Must be reported within 30 days.
Confidential Information: Includes all non-public information disclosed by either party.
Obligations: Both parties agree to protect confidential information from unauthorized use and disclosure.
Exceptions: Information that is publicly known, rightfully received from a third party, or required to be disclosed by law.
Ownership: Flor164 retains ownership of all intellectual property created during the project, except where otherwise agreed.
Client Usage Rights: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
Restrictions: Clients may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the deliverables without prior written consent from Flor164.
Conditions: Either party may terminate the agreement for cause with a 30-day written notice.
Notice Period: 30 days.
Termination Fees: Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will be due.
Limitation: Flor164’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the last 12 months.
Disclaimer: Flor164 does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Method: Mediation and arbitration.
Jurisdiction: Illinois, USA.
Data Collection: Flor164 collects personal data necessary for providing services.
Data Usage: Data is used solely for service delivery and improvement.
Data Protection: Flor164 adheres to GDPR and CCPA regulations to protect client data.
Notification: Clients will be notified of any changes to the T&Cs via email or website notice.
Acceptance: Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Severability: If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Force Majeure: Flor164 is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
